FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is as fair as possible when it comes to expenses on my end with inventory and overhead costs. Professional balloons are not cheap and the labor and time that goes into the work is also more strenuous than the average person thinks! As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I try to be as upfront and transparent as I can when quoting a price for a project that a customer wants prior to proceeding and make sure that we are on the same page before any booking is ever made! Each job is custom priced based on the size and ideas being put into action to make a dream event happen!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, get to know their ideas on what they have in mind for their event, how small or large scale is this event , etc. Once this is all established we can go from there!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Specifics on budget and ideas of what they are wanting for their event! It’s nice to have a picture example of what the customer has in mind to get an idea of their vision so I can do my best to obtain everything I need to do my best work! I also feel it is very important to be able to include details of event location, time frame , as well as even having a picture/s of the event space and perhaps even measurements for sizing reference.
