I was recommended to Raelynn through a group on Facebook when I put out looking for an architect. I did not know her before this all started. I am doing a full construction project that is Redeveloping a building close to GCU. I had 5 meetings with full architecture firms at the same time that I was meeting with Raelynn. These firms have done some of the biggest projects in the city. I was also working with a family member that is a licensed Architect. I was hesitant at first as she was a smaller firm and not the same licensing, Raelynn seemed to be the only one that listened and met with me at the site and I can say that she nailed my vision pretty much at the first attempt, truly. Yes we had changes but her ability to see what needs to be done and create it is very impressive. I have been working with her for nearly a year and I am new to Redevelopment and she has made it an absolute walk in the park. She navigates every problem and stands by you. I can say working with zoning and the City of Phoenix has been wonderful but I truly attribute that to her and how accurate she is and dots her i's and crosses her t's. Aside from the enormous task of designing what I consider to be a show piece, she asked me if she could design our logo for the business, I said yes and I feel like we got every penny we paid in great design back, we have gotten so many compliments on the logo she did. Again she listened and nailed it. I don't love recommending people to other people because you never know what experience they will have and you hate to be in the middle, however, I can say that I would recommend Raelynn to anyone for anything, ok design yes, but I am such a fan I believe if you gave her a little time at anything she could do it. Raelynn has my number and I will always be happy to give a recommendation if she needs it. She is One of A Kind in the design field and will do a great job for you.

Im developing a 12 home subdivision in Fountain Hills, AZ. I hired Raelynns services (Studio Pring) to architect and design the houses. After the site tour of the hillside lots, I gave Raelynn some high level objectives for the homes. I found her to be very attentive and receptive to my goals.Within a few months, Raelynn presented her ideas and conceptual designs for the first six homes, including the street view of the subdivision. Even with the challenge of working on a hillside terrain, Raelynns design of the floor plans were functional, and each homes exterior renderings aesthetically pleasing.Raelynns analytical thinking and design skills are exceptional. She has a very creative mind, and her attention to detail is impressive. These abilities, coupled with her initiative and excellent verbal communication skills, make her a rare find. I definitely plan on hiring Raelynn to complete the design of the remaining six homes.
