We were disappointed with the quality of work on what was a very straightforward project—installing metal backings beneath hand dryers at a Lowe’s location. The site was left uncleaned, the work lacked attention to detail, and the execution was inefficient. Costs increased despite the scope and all details being clearly communicated upfront. Although we’ve been asked to pay promptly, the job—originally due Friday—wasn’t completed until Sunday. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the final result and felt uncomfortable presenting it to our client.

The fact that you would come to give me a one start rating I’ve stated my original price and if it was not like the service didn’t need to be don’t the instruction were very unclear and the client was wanting something very specific done with unclear instruction after trying to contact them after finish the job there was no response and a lack of communication I added a late fee of 25$ and not the full price only half of the price of the bits and was still complaining about the cost tried to find flaws in the work so they didn’t have to make payment and tried to say I crack metal you can’t crack metal whole time it was a sharpe mark. Very unprofessional and not communicative at all!!

Job was declined. All I did was mention that the fridge wasn’t cooling properly. They didn’t ask what type of fridge or any questions. Just declined.
