- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation where we listen to the customer's concerns and schedule an on-site diagnostic visit. During the visit, our certified technician performs a thorough inspection of the appliance and explains the issue, repair options, and estimated cost. Upon approval, we proceed with the repair using top-quality parts and tools. Post-service, we follow up to ensure satisfaction and provide maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Dyer Appliance Repair Academy and hold NASTeC, PSA, and EPA certifications. Additionally, all Lux Appliance Care technicians receive specialized academy training and field experience to meet our high standards. My expertise also extends to sealed system repairs and brazing.
