- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $80 and is waived if repaired. We offer a wide range of discounts and our prices are very competitive. We also offer free remote support and pricing by phone, fax or email. We do not service LG refrigerators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them for as many details as possible about their specific appliance repair needs: When the appliance issue occurred. What it is doing or not doing. Photos and videos are helpful but not necessary. We also request a model and serial number, if accessible, customer’s address and their availability for scheduling. When the technician is on the way, we send an eta.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing changes in the Industry, more options, larger capacities, quieter running, smart connected and new technology is not easy to stay on top of. We continually train and study with paid online technical sites to factory seminars and representative Phone assistance to maintain the highest level of workmanship.
