- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on many different factors such as stone type, grout type, the size of the tile, how many square feet, is it a floor, shower or countertop, etc. In-person estimates are your best way of getting an accurate price of how much your project will cost. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as you contact us we'll go over what exactly your looking to have done and make sure you know what goes into the actual service. Then we'll set up a time for us to come out and give you a free estimate. From there we'll go ahead and schedule you into our calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With many years of experience under our belts, we can assure you'll be more than happy with our quality and detail of work.
