FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SEO and web design all depend on what the clients want. We do not have a "one price fits all". I don't believe you can charge a small business the same amount as a corporate company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information from the client, do a website analysis and let the client know what needs to be fixed on their current website, then how to over come their competition. We then decide if this client is someone we would want to work with. If so, and the client wants to move forward, we get a 90 day commitment from the client and move forward with the campaign. After the 90 days, the client has enough evidence to decide if they would like to continue with our services. If so it is on a month to month basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started online marketing with affiliate marketing (Selling other peoples products). Then some friends of mine that were business owners found out and had me rank their websites. From there I started Redline SEO Services LLC and was able to rank that on the first page of Google for "Phoenix SEO Services" and such terms, and we've quickly grown to one of Arizona's top SEO companies.
