- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not too complicated...just the facts! - I like to meet with my Brides & Grooms to find out exactly what they are trying to Create & achieve for their wedding - theme. Once I know exactly what type of equipment I need to bring to accomplish this amazing feat, then I can give them an accurate price quote for their service from myself & my team of professionals. Just Music? - Not A Problem! Disney Production? We can do that - with enough time, planning, preparation, attention to detail, practice, and execution...and of course... $$$$$$$$ ! - "You will get exactly what you pay for!"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I love to meet face to face! I enjoy getting to know my new friends/couples, their likes and dislikes, a little about their respective families & especially what they are looking for for their Wedding/Event. Next srep is to fill out information to create the Perfect Timeline for their Special Day / Event, along with Specific music selections to compliment their celebration. A signed contract, along with a deposit holds their date on my Events Calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First off, my extensive background in Radio & TV production, along with Disney Event Training, and MTV Event certifications for their Promotional Events around the country, have played a huge impact on my approach to the smallest of events. Attending Monthly DJ Meetings & Seminars, quarterly DJ Seminars around the country, and on-line discussions & forums to keep up on the latest trends in the ever-changing Music & DJ Industry.
