- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may or may not offer a discount. I am good at what I do, you want your house cleaned or do you want your house swiped over? You get what you pay for. I have attention to detail, motivation, energy and the will to make a good business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try and show them I’m here to help, ease their mind and let them know that together, we can tackle any obstacle they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Does keeping a house with 12 kids clean, count as education? I have elbow grease, determination and motivation. I’m old school hard working.
