This guy is a complete fraud. I trusted him, and he completely screwed me over. I gave him simple tasks—nothing complicated—but he took forever to complete them. He was supposed to install hooks, remove bidets, and unscrew 8 child locks (which was literally just unscrewing screws). He charges $52 an hour, but his work is terrible. Knowing I was moving out of state, he took advantage of the situation and did a sloppy job. One of the jobs was removing bidets from the toilets, but he left a leak and never bothered to mention it. I didn't catch it at the time, so I paid him. Later, the cleaning crew pointed it out, but he never informed me of the issue when he was working on it. When I asked him to come back and fix it, he had the audacity to ask for even more money to fix his poor work. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!

All work was completed as asked and hired to do upon initial service. Customer left a five star review detailed below: “ Travis is very professional and completed his work. He is a genuine handyman and a person. My jobs were small and after watching him I probably could’ve done it but moving out of state every bit adds up! This customer rated you highly for responsiveness, and professionalism.” I asked him to pay a charge of $65 total to replace an either faulty supply hose or fill valve based on video sent. Customer didn’t want to pay for service so he changed his review to the above. However fraudulent statements are allowable on thumbtack.
