- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work from my home and I bring the samples to my customers. Since I have low overhead, I am able to sell at very competitive prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them questions about what there needs are, so I can direct them to the correct product for thier situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in sales and management of retail flooring and blinds since 1994. I have a bachelor of science degree from ASU in accounting to help me with the business end of things.
