- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a $49 service fee for repairs only. Sales consultations are free. We will waive the service fee on repairs if we are not able to do the repair and you purchase a replacement product through us. We will give discounts to Veterans and current military as we are a military family with a son currently serving in the Air Force and I am a USMC veteran.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you after an over the phone introduction. We then assess your repair and give you an estimate of what we will need to fix or replace. We will advise you on whether it makes sense to repair or replace at this time. If you agree with our estimate we proceed to repair your window coverings. If you are only looking to purchase we will come out and consult you on what window coverings interest you. We will advise on the many benefits of the different window coverings if you are not sure exactly what it is you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained extensively at our headquarters on all products whether it is a simple or complicated repair to sales training on all window coverings, motorization and automation of window coverings.
