- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fee is 60$. But if you decide to continue with us (hire us to fix your appliance) this fee will be waived for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show how valuable each customer for us starting with covid protections, and continue with issue explanation in simple words and high quality job performance. Together with quality control our team is aiming to be fast and efficient. We also suggest a fair prices and give a 6 month warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 years of experience in this industry and similar. And we continue our constant training with big companies to always have all possible knowledge and info.
