Dick did a great job painting a powder room & replacing hinges/hardware on all doors in my clients home. Dick also patched other holes from removing other hardware. He was kind, on time, methodical and we would recommend him to others.

We recently did a complete gut and remodel in our primary bathroom. This involved removing the sunken tub and replacing it with a walk in shower, addng a wall, electric work, new ac ducts, drywall, shower tile, floor tile. The owner always showed up when he said he would and was very hands on. If I had an issue with something it became his issue and would take care of it quickly. I would definitely recommend Drake Development. I included some before and after pictures.
