- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a minimum. My pricing is determined a number of different ways. Depends on many different factors. What services am I providing, how many rooms, amount of square footage, etc. Each job is unique and requires different needs and attention. However I am the owner, I am always willing to work with people!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening! I want to know what exactly the customers expectations are, what services they need, what they are hoping the end result will be. I then explain my process, my opinion, if I'm able to meet their expectations. I offer a free demo, that way we both know what the end result should be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the floor business and restoration since 1996. I started off running a maintenance crew at Discover Card. I then met someone who became a very good and dear friend to me and my family, I worked for his floor cleaning business before starting my own with my wife. I have taken classes and became certified in flood and water damage as well.
