- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set prices for our different types of headshots on our website please click on schedule and pick the type of service you are interested in. If you have a request or need for extra service, like rush service or additional images we have set prices for them just send an email and we would be happy to answer any of your questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to talk to our clients about what they have in mind for the photo session. We have the photographic ability to do lots of things but we want to make sure we understand what the client is looking for and we have questions that will enable us to really understand what the client wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we attend Professional Photographers of American - Imaging USA. Every February we attend WPPI - Wedding Photographers and Portraits International conference in Las Vegas. In Spring we attend Shutterfest. All of these convention are for full time professional photographers to continue their education and techniques. I also watch and purchase videos from Creative Live.
