Absolutely! Along with subscriptions to trade magazines and security associations, we attend classes and seminars several times a year. This keeps us up to date on the latest advances in security technology, tools and procedures to install ands service the products we sell.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently in Beverly Hills, CA we installed a 23 zone wireless alarm system with full home automation and 6 outdoor networked HD video cameras, smoke alarm detection, motion detectors, z-wave thermostats, multiple touchscreen control panels, alarm monitoring and remote access from Monitronics and Alarm.com.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All we ask is that our customer be honest with us. If you neglect to tell us that you had to wiggle your key to get the lock to work, it makes our job harder, it will take longer to complete the job and it may cost the user customer more too.
