- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are significantly lower than most of our competitors. We provide low-cost fees in order to ensure that our clients are able to retain our services and rest assured having their estate in order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require our clients to complete an initial intake form, which provides us with the necessary information to draft your estate documents. Upon receipt of the intake form, we will schedule a follow-up consultation if needed. Otherwise, we will begin drafting your documents. Once you have reviewed and approved the documents, you will come into our office to execute everything. We provide the notary public and necessary witnesses for execution.
