FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realm Restoration offers completely transparent pricing! Generally Speaking, when it comes to restoration services there are two ways for these services to be paid. #1 Through Insurance We will help you assess the damage in your home while taking into account your insurance deductible and policy. There are many occasions in which the damage does not merit an insurance claim. However, if it does, we'll help you navigate this process. If your property damage meets your needs to go through an insurance claim we'll help to provide the information you need to file it, start the work that will be covered, and send over the estimate to your insurance. We use the software and process that insurance requires to estimate the damage properly to get your property back together as quickly and efficiently as possible. We don't have any hidden fees or costs when going through insurance. We bill insurance directly and leave you with no out of pocket costs. #2 Outside of Insurance If the damage to your property is not deemed a good candidate for an insurance claim, we'll work with you to provide services and and estimate accordingly. There can be many reasons why a claim is not necessary, not significant damage, damage is not covered, damage is far less than an insurance deductible, risk of being dropped from property insurance, etc. When no claim is needed, we provide estimates upfront so you know exactly what your price is! Feel free to contact us with any questions on pricing. As mentioned we do a free consultation to help you determine the best route for your property's restoration.
