- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great and reasonable rates. We waive the assessment fees for jobs we are hired to perform. Every home and situation is different so we use standard industry pricing while offering discounts and making sure cost don't go overboard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on site between 60 to 90 minutes of receiving the call. We know the first couple of minutes from when a damage occurs is important especially when it comes to stabilizing the situation and dealing with insurance companies so, we strive to be on site as fast as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are IICRC certified water damage, mold remediation and asbestos abatement technicians. We are also licensed and bonded by the ROC.
