I am a licensed CPA with over 17 years of experience in simple to complex tax matters. Whether you are a business or an individual, I focus on understanding your financial goals and tax situation and providing solutions that are tailor made for you. If you own a small business and your books haven’t been kept properly, no problem! We will do your bookkeeping and prepare your tax returns. We will also help you set up a system in place for the current year so that your bookkeeping is good shape and ready for next year’s tax filing. I found Vani after our accountant of 3 years did not reply to our multiple calls and emails. She is everything we look for in a CPA: responsive, punctual, strict, non-judgmental, detail-oriented, and most importantly Vani does not take shortcuts. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer mostly flat free pricing for tax preparation services and bookkeeping services so that my clients know the cost upfront. There are few projects for which I charge hourly rate depending on the nature of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do client intake on the phone to see if I am the right fit . Based on the initial conversation I provide the quote for our services immediately. Once we decide to move forward, onboarding and document exchange is done electronically on a secure portal including invoice payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA licensed in AZ and CA . I have been in the Tax Services industry for over 17 years working on simple to complex tax matters. I help individuals and businesses (S Corp, C Corp, LLC's, sole proprietors) with tax and accounting services.
