- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions and find out what they need and want. On a remodel my main focus is keeping the lines and theme of the yard consistent in the pool. Once we agree on a plan....I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train with the manufacturers (Hayward, Pentait, Jandy) on an ongoing basis, I am a member of IPSSA (International Pool and Spa Service Association), and I network with specialists in the field. In addition to this I have an MBA with years of management experience in the corporate world.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to leave corporate America and I love my own pool. As I have been helping friend and family keep their pools blue for years I figured, lets go! The final step for me was when I had an issue with my salt water cell and went through my home warranty company. It took two weeks and two vendors to get it resolved. I knew I could provide better service than those two.
