- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. We discuss your needs and make a price decision on the level of risk and equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, you'll have a phone consultation with our administrator who will discuss the basics with you. She'll then schedule a phone or in person consultation with the department that deals with your area of business required. Finally a quote and proposal is given over the phone and by email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold our agents to a higher standard of training and performance than many other companies in the industry. Some of these standards and training include: CPR Certifications, Expert usage of NARCAN, First responder training (medical) and training beyond the requirements of DPS. All our professionals are also required to meet our physical standards, which are equivalent to law enforcement standards across the county.
