We offer competitive pricing for residential roof repairs and replacements. - Smaller Repairs can range between $450-$1000 - Larger Repairs can range between $1000 & UP - Smaller Sized Home Re-Roofs can range between $5000-$8000 - Average Sized Home Re-Roofs can range between $8000-$15,000 (This would be an average sized home in Arizona, price jumps due to complexity of the roofing system the homeowner has, wants or needs) - Larger Sized Home Re-Roofs can range between $15,000 & UP
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go on the roof and look around to see the damage done to the existing roof, take various pictures from different angles to capture damage. I write up a report and give it to the homeowner with what needs to be done and all the pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing from a young age and I have had experience from working with different journeyman. I am a licensed contractor & roofer as well.
