John and his crew did a great job prepping and painting our house. The amount of work required wasn't apparent until after our house was power washed. Our stucco was deteriorated to the point they had to patch more areas which required more supplies. John wasn't going to charge extra even considering the extra costs and time needed but we insisted to meet him half way.
