- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies. In most cases, home buyers do not pay any up front fees. We will cover that during our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a 30-60 minute consultation to go over your goals and make sure we are a good fit for each other. Timing is important whether you are buying or selling a home. If we decide that now is not the best time for you, I'll make sure we are keeping in touch until that time is better, helping you prepare and educating you on the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. I have several designations and certifications in real estate, taking education hours above and beyond the minimum requirement for agents, including education in negotiation, risk management, buyer representation, customer service, short sales and foreclosures.
