Grand Canyon power washing and property maintenance did an amazing work! They were hired to stain my grandmas porch and driveway! She had nothing but great things to say about everyone at the company! They were quick to give her an estimate on the work she wanted. I can't say enough about how well you worked out for my specific needs. Also, all that you did to work with my crazy schedule will be the one main thing that I really appreciated. The neighbor saw your work and I will be sending her your information. She was quite impressed with the way the driveway turned out. Your knowledge of what works for getting oil stains out is most helpful. This will come in handy when we have you do our new house's garage. I had a candle wax meltdown from tealights, which caused a seriously ugly stain on unfinished concrete slab. Grand Canyon Pressure Washing efficiently & substantially faded it away. So glad Billy helped me avoid having a new concrete floor poured!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic cleanings do not included oil, rust, efflorence, hard water, mineral or paint stains. A basic cleaning includes up to 1000 sqft (pre-wash, rinse, steam, hot water).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to speak with the client one on one otuside of Thumbtack via telephone and or text. When everyone agrees on expectations we will perform a walkthrough the day of service and have the client sign a work order agreement This ensures everyone has agreed to the work and agreed on a downpayment if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
