It was an absolute pleasure working with Pro-fx Photo Booth! We hired them last minute for a middle school/high school Winter Formal Dance event. Rachel was so extremely helpful and patient with all my questions beforehand and she worked with me to create a themed and branded overlay for our photos. Rachel and her husband came early to set up the photo station and teach us how to use it. We were very impressed by the set up. They brought a sturdy backdrop with no wrinkles and an extension cord & a carpet to hide the cord (as well as tape to secure the cord and carpet down so there were no trip or safety issues). They also brought a professional box light to ensure good lighting with no shadows. This light made it possible for us to get sharp photos without a blinding ring light. The Photo Booth was very user-friendly and easy to use. It had lots of different options like single-shot, 3-photo compilation, burst, GIFs, boomerang, filters, and more. The sharing feature and gallery made it easy for parents to see the fun the kids were having in real time and to download the memories and share them with family and friends. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the photo booth. It was the hit of the party and was busy non-stop. The teachers had as much fun with it as the students did. After the event Rachel and her husband came to tear-down the booth, backdrop, and light. They were very kind to answer all my questions about the amazing setup they have. Throughout the event we were able to see the gallery of all the great shots. A few hours after the event Rachel also sent us three emails with download links to all the photos, videos, and GIFs. Pro-fx Photo Booth truly made our event so fun and memorable!I have nothing but rave reviews of Pro-fx Photo Booth! From the first interaction to the follow-up after the event, Rachel and her husband were amazing! Polite, respectful, and patient at all times. Very fair pricing. Quality equipment that was easy to use. Very prompt download link to all photos and videos. This was one of the most professional businesses I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Pro-fx Photo Booth to everyone. I would definitely hire them again for future events.

Rachel and Kevin were fantastic, and their Photo Booth setup was the perfect addition to our event. They were punctual, efficient, and had everything ready to go smoothly. Their setup included LED lights, props, a custom photo template, a printer, and the option to email or text photos. Guests loved how easy it was to snap a photo and get both digital and printed copies within seconds. Well definitely book them again for our next event!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many variables. We also take into consideration the location and event date. Feel free to ask for a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customers to complete our contact form then they will receive a proposal on the same day. The customer can either accept or amend the proposal. When accepted, the booking will proceed to payment of retainer fee 50% of the quote to secure the date and the contract for signature. After acknowledging the contract, booking is finalized.
What types of customers have you worked with?
