I have many packages that vary depending on: -Number of sessions / week (1-5) -Commitment Length (month to month - 6 month) -All sessions are 60 minutes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer gets a free fitness consultation which includes: -Health History -Light fitness evaluation -Diet analysis and meal planning -Grocery List -Healthy Snack List -Goal Setting and tracking -Circumference measurements -Weight -Workout Schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Exercise Science and Business from Northern Arizona University. I have experience working with professional and collegiate athletes. I have been a personal trainer with the general population since 2012 and started my own personal training business in 2016.
