No Surprise Fees – We believe in upfront pricing, so what you see is what you get. Bundle & Save – Booking multiple services (like rentals + décor) can often save you money! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple and stress-free! First, we start with a free consultation to discuss your event, vision, and budget. After that, we’ll send over a customized plan with pricing. Once you’re happy, we’ll confirm all the details, and to secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable). This deposit helps us reserve your date and begin preparations. The remaining balance is due closer to your event. On event day, we’ll handle all the setup, coordination, and execution, leaving you to enjoy the event. Afterward, we’ll take care of cleanup and returns.
