Joselyn was a true blessing. She exceeded all of our expectations in every way imaginable. We were told last minute that we had to find our own notary for closing documents on a house we were selling out of state. Joselyn happily agreed to do it, and then signing kept changing due to USPS not getting the documents to us on time. She never complained and was completely understanding and flexible. I will only use Joselyn and What A Concept when I need notary services. If I could give What A Concept 10 stars, I would.
