We offer residential, commercial, and industrial indoor air quality testing for mold, asbestos, lead-based paint testing.
With nearly 30 years of professional experience in the industrial hygiene, abatement, asbestos, mold remediation, testing and sampling services in 4 states. I have a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal regulation.

I will not cut corners to save a buck. I am not willing to risk your health or someone else to save a few dollars. My main objective is the health, safety and wellbeing of my clients.
AZIAQ Testing is not a restoration contractor that removes, abates or remediates. I am an inspector and as such my only goal is to provide the services with no conflict of interest. I am not looking to build a mold removal job or remodel your home, office or business. My only interest is peoples health and their environments.

Arizona Indoor Air Quality & Environmental Testing provided us with OUTSTANDING service! We called and were able to get an appointment the next day! Tracy Herbert was thorough and walked us through his entire inspection! We received the written report in a very timely fashion and he provided great data to support his findings! The picture quality was top-notch! We feel that Tracy went above and beyond and would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have already given out his card and contact information to 4 people!
