it is very hard to find a good block layer. you can find people who lay block, but they don't know how to lay it in a STRAIGHT line. These guys, not only lay it STRAIGHT, but they use more rebar and concrete to make the wall stronger and they clean up after finishing.

Manny installed a round block wall, brick venner, & pavers on my grandfather’s front yard and finished it in 3 days back in November 2019. They finished our project super fast and it still looks good til this day. Definitely recommend him
