- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like every person is unique, so is every yard. We may not be the cheapest, but if your looking for value, clear communication, and people who do what they say they will, then our pricing will be perfect for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact normally starts with a text, followed by a call. Once we know your needs and timing, we try to meet with you face to face in the next 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been landscaping for almost ten years. So we know what to look for. And there aren't many things we haven't seen when it comes to your yard and it's needs. From irrigation, to plant needs, we have plenty of work and experience under our belts.
