We had a deep clean scheduled for one bedroom and one bath. I was appreciative because they were willing to use the carpet cleaner, but disappointed by the work done. It wasn't a true 'deep clean', most baseboards and walls that were dirty, were still slightly dirty after the cleaning. I had taken over 6 pictures of spots seemingly ignored after the job. We had also agreed on sending two cleaners, but three showed up and I was told the pricing would be about the same since the time spent would be less, which it was, but still seemingly disorganized. The ladies asked after finishing the first time how it looked. I pointed out two major spots that were clearly dirty, and they went back to it returning 45 minutes later asking again. The spots were slightly better but still... dirty (picture attached of one corner baseboard). I brought it up once more, then had them leave. They seemed tired and unable to perform the cleaning. The lady I spoke to after was friendly, as were all the ladies that stopped by, but the entire experience was disorganized and the work done wasn't what I was looking for. I think Clean Wolf would be great for average cleaning, but not deep cleans, or perhaps this was an off day.

All pricing is relevant to what the client specifies is the condition of the home we are to clean but if the conditions turn out to be worse or better, the pricing will change accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin by getting to know their pet-peeves when it comes to cleaning and knowing which areas of the house are most important to them. Once we are familiar with the customers' wants and needs we then are able to provide the best service possible for that customer in order to not only gain their satisfaction but also their gratitude for doing a great job!
