- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customer should know that we are a family owned business with really cheap prices compared to our competitors. This doesn’t affect the quality of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts us, normally they provide information about the size of their house, what type of cleaning they want, what frequently they would need the service or if they have any special request. If the client would like, we also go to their location and we make a free quote for them. We do not obligate our clients to make a contract. We feel that doing a contract forces the client to keep a commercial relationship, and sometimes there are situations that may impede to complete what was established, like work, travel, sickness and personal reason. Therefore, there shouldn’t be any cancel fee or cancelation processes. That’s why we do not have any contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 5 years in the market. We have taken virtual courses with commercial brands that provides a full knowledge of cleaning products and how to use them without making any damage. We are professional in the cleaning habit.
