- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work, prep required, and materials used—we don’t believe in cutting corners. We offer detailed estimates with no hidden fees, and we’re happy to explain how everything breaks down. While we may not be the cheapest, we focus on long-term value and getting the job done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free estimate—most projects involve an on-site visit so Michael can walk the space, talk through the details, answer all questions, and make sure nothing gets missed. For smaller jobs, we can usually provide a quote based on photos and a good description. Michael and co-founder, Alicia, personally guide each customer through the process, from choosing colors and sheens to discussing the right products for your space. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of it and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael's training comes from over 20 years of hands-on experience—learning directly from skilled tradespeople, running his own business, and always refining his techniques. We are a proud member of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) and follow their industry standards to ensure top-tier workmanship. We also stay current by working closely with our paint reps, testing new products ourselves, and continuously improving how we deliver lasting, high-quality results.
