FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my years of experience and quality of work. I feel my pricing is fair to both myself and the customer. I offer free estimates. My minimum charge is $65 even if the job takes less than an hour. The valley is a big place. I have to charge a trip fee but I will always round down not up. I do everything I can to be fair and up front with my prices. Every job varies in complexity. If a job finishes smoother than expected, I may adjust my estimated price to give a discount at my own discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the customers needs and determine if it is a job I can perform with the quality of work I expect from myself and customers deserve. I then provide a free estimate for the job. Some estimates can be done using photos or a description, others I will need to schedule an in person estimate to look at the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a licensed general contractor in the state of Arizona so I have the knowledge and skills needed to pass the required testing for that licensure. I have 18 years of hands on experience working with highly skilled laborers and am self-taught on some things as well. I've owned my own business for 5 years and take pride in educating myself and practicing my skills to ensure the work I provide is top notch. I’m always educating myself as codes and styles change. I research every job before I take it on and will stay up at night trying to troubleshoot any issues to keep the project running smoothly. My training and education is never ending.
