- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm willing to work with my customers to find a price that doesn't break their bank. My whole goal is to come out and complete the project and move fast. That's why 10 and 10 times my first pricing seals the deal. I don't want to go back and forth. The goal is to speak to you, find the right price, and be at your place the next day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers is respond immediately to your inquiry. Schedule a call to discuss the project further. Request pictures to figure out a price or schedule to come out to see the project. Call you back to discuss pricing. Come out to your residence and begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training is hands on training. I always put myself in a position to learn new things. Every project I'm part off I learn something new.
