I worked with GIA Decorators for my gender reveal party. I contacted them a little over a week ahead of the party. My team of coordinators and myself worked with the lead of GIA to bring about my vision. There were a few challenges met due to improper communication from my team, which left us in a bit of a bind the night before the event. I connected with GIA directly, came up with a solution - he took my feedback, and quickly rectified the situation to clearly execute on what I wanted. It came out beautifully and I received many compliments on the finished product.
My advice, be very clear in your communication between pictures and verbal/written communication, down to the details. I appreciated how quickly they responded from the very beginning throughout the entire project, the quality of work and their flexibility in some changes that had to take place. I would use them again.
