You may want to stay away from this Electrical guys. Omgosh I can’t believe what just happened. First the electrician was scheduled for 8:am. No Show. I contacted them and asked could they instead come later. I said yes. They arrived at 12:30. They get to my home to take down a chandelier on a slope ceiling and replace with ceiling fan. They were unable to do it. Looked confused. I thought it was an easy job. So since they couldn’t do my job I had them followed to my sister’s home to simply replace a ceiling fan. Johnathan came in and said it would be a very simple job. He went to truck to get tools and PULLED OFF!!! I immediately tried calling them back and of course no answer. Were they real electricians?? Who knows! I have used Thumbtack on many many occasions with excellent experiences. This was CRAZY.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any Estimate that you receive from another company we are willing to match the price of the estimate with a 10% percent discount as long as the service we are providing is the same service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give free over the phone "ROUGH" estimates. We ask customers to take pictures regarding panel replacements, and new EV installations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we do installations we explain the installation process thoroughly to ensure customer satisfaction.
