- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things dirt simple so even a plumber can understand it. LOL. We bill a $65 diagnostic call to assess the situation and discuss the best options with our clients. Once we are onsite we usually have a pretty clear understanding on what needs to happen and provide a to the penny quote of what it will take do the job and pros and cons of different options if applicable. The customer is under no obligation and for a pretty inexpensive cost they will have a much better knowledge and understanding of their situation. No gimmicks or games, just honest service at honest prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new Customer is treated like family. We document the equipment and condition of their plumbing, Air Conditioning/Heating, and Water Treatment systems and help them budget for future repairs. By having this information documented we can plan ahead and help them prevent problems before they become catastrophes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we have strong relationships with manufacturers and trade organizations to stay up on the latest products and constantly improving our skills.
