Introduction
I have over 14 years of experience. I work primarily as a criminal defense attorney handling misdemeanor and felony matters in state courts throughout Arizona. I am a solo practitioner, so I am completely independent, enjoying complete freedom to set my own schedule. This allows for a strong personal connection between the attorney and client because I make myself accessible to the clients on their schedule rather than my own. Though each case is unique, and each result is bound to the law and specific facts, the attorney-client relationship is what matters. Treating my clients with respect and compassion is how I make a difference.
I love what I do. Every day I enjoy a new challenge, but with each challenge I have the opportunity to serve a new client. As a result, I have the opportunity to service and represent amazing people.

I interviewed many attorneys for my case, but all of them seemed to only be interested in how I would be paying them. I didn't feel any of the other attorneys even had an interest in getting on the phone with me unless I feigned interest in hiring them. Matt was the only attorney who contacted me directly, took the time to go over details of my case and overall put me immediately at ease. He gave me a number where I could, and have- Texted or called day or night, and Matt always responds immediately. Matt was not the least expensive attorney I could have hired, and he wasn't the most expensive...But his attention to detail, his knowledge in the criminal defense world is something that is inherently Matt. If he wanted to, he could easily demand a blank check fee schedule, as he is worth every penny, but instead he offers a flat rate fee, with no surprises or hidden costs. I can now say in the two months he has been my attorney, I feel safe and protected from possible prosecution. I am confident Matt will see me safely thru this dark side of my life. I will find out tomorrow how this journey will proceed, but I know with Matt standing beside me I am prepared to stand up and fight for myself, and not be strong armed into a plea deal or worse just because I have previous criminal history. Do yourself a favor, call and speak with Matt right away! He will not disappoint. By the way, Matt is not only my attorney, I now call him a friend. This is the attorney you want!
