If I could, I'd give zero. Reached out for a quote on a small concrete level project, he replied immediately, asking my budget, and when I told him, he disappeared. No courtesy. No respect. Just disappeared. I can't imagine he's any better on the job. Thankfully, another pro responded and is coming tomorrow.
