Alan to the Rescue! I needed to have my computer set up as the person that I had hired previously did not complete the project correctly. He did an excellent job something like this experience, expertise & knowledge goes a long way he even went out & bought the parts that I needed himself! & explained what was wrong. He was willing to come out a 2nd time & check & resolve the issue. He doesn’t leave until he knows it done to my Satisfaction. I’m very pleased with his work & He comes Highly recommended!

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel personally obligated to leave one with how amazing Allen is at fixing computers. I had spent hours on my own troubleshooting and had no results. I thought my computer was done for with all of the constant crashes and no solutions from Microsoft or any online forums. As soon as I put in a request for work, Allen was able to show up to my house and diagnose the issue. He did an extremely thorough job troubleshooting all of my software and hardware, making sure to stay until the problem was definitively identified. I was able to order a new motherboard overnight and he came back the next day to complete the whole installation in an impressively short time. After reassembling the system, he helped me troubleshoot the windows activation and making sure my BIOS and all drivers were up to date. I was able to learn a lot about troubleshooting potential issues on my own after bombarding him with questions which he gladly answered. Easily saved lots of time and money by getting my help from him rather than geek squad etc. I highly recommend Allen to anyone having any issues with their PC he was super friendly and made me feel like #1 priority and I can't thank him enough. 100% seeking help from him again if I have any issues in the future.
