- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work out of my home, so I have no overhead to pass on to my customers. That allows me to charge the very lowest prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically come out and meet the new customers. Then I look at whatever their issues may be, in the network environment the computer is normally working in. For that reason, I prefer to work on site. Often times the issue is not with the computer itself, but the network environment it is used in. My degree is in network administration. I understand the key role the network plays in computer performance, and you can't see that by having the customers bring their computers to the shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS degree in Networking Systems Administration: Cisco/Windows Server. I am also a CompTIA-certified A+ computer technician, Cisco certified CCNA technician, and Microsoft Certified Professional with years of experience.
