We specialize in residential and commercial service and replacements. We provide personalized service and prices that you cant get from one of the "big guys". With the ability to provide 10 year labor warranties on all of our new A/C installs our customers are happy for years. I enjoy being able to fix someone's system and completely change their mood. Mark beat out all the quotes from other competitors when I needed to replace my A/C units and all the hardware in my attic. He answered all of my questions and was quick in his installation. What other places quoted me as a multi-day job, he was able to finish in a day. His employees were also very good at not damaging my property as they squeezed these enormous units into my side yard and other items in my attic. My units have no only been working well since May, I've been saving huge amounts on my electricity bill. Thanks much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have tune up and service calls that are flat fees. Most of our repairs have set prices so that we can quote a customer up front after diagnosing the problem and they don't need to worry about how long or how much material we will need to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed, bonded and insured Arizona contractor. Mark the owner studied at RSI The Refrigeration School in Phoenix AZ. We hold a universal EPA refrigerant license.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing air conditioning in high school working for a family friend.
