Also, he gave me a senior discount appraisal and did the work in a very timely manner. He replaced 2 of the broken holders of the kitchen door sliders and removed the existing kitchen sink faucet and installed a new Moem faucet. Aaron is incompetent. He was nice at first but his standards are very low. I had him "clean" one tiny room of carpet and he was nearly about to pass out. After he left I noticed the carpet was very wet but because I usually always clean my own carpets and never had a professional come in (I'm immune compromised and don't wear shoes in my home - this one room was where I kept my cat's litter box so it kind kind of a bit much for me to do on my own) I thought maybe it was normal and he did say it would take 6 hours to dry. I also never noticed any steam coming from the machine so I highly doubt he even used hot temperature to disinfect like he said he would. I am also feeling itchy 3 days after he left and hope he didn’t track something into my home!! Fast forward to 12 hours later... the carpet is still wet and deep underneath the padding and the whole room smells like dirty rain water or wet dog... I immediately tried my best to dry it and opened the window even though it's scorching hot outside and tried using a wet vac over it multiple times to get out the moisture since he DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING. He's only been in business for a few months and had no idea he was all the way from Peoria when I'm in Mesa. Now I need the carpet completely removed and have A remediation company decontaminate the room since now it has mildew and microbial growth which is going to cost me $2000. When I told him about the issue he offered to put antimicrobial spray on it or remove it. WHY DIDN'T YOU DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME? He needed to suction the water up more. Everywhere I looked online says that unexperienced technicians will do this or lazy ones, or ones with cheap or faulty equipment and do not suck up enough water leaving you with this mildew problem that you may need to tear out the carpet for so don't cheap out on professional carpet cleaning!!!! I asked him if he was insured he said yes but refuses to give me his license number or his insurance information. and is now ignoring me. He was quick to cash that $155 check though. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT MAN. He's a one man show, he has no workers. Don't end up like me with a nightmare. Look elsewhere.
