They arrived on time, professional and had diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was an older machine, the repair was more than I thought was worth, so I decided to purchase a new machine instead of having it repaired.

I really could have checked all the boxes. I sent a request to have a relatively new refrigerator that decided to stop cooling in less than 90 days. The technician was punctual and professional! The unit he was looking at was from Costco (Galanz) and getting parts is difficult but he spent time seeing if he could find the part number and then sent me the one to order if I choose.
