- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m honest, fair, and upfront with my pricing. I try my best to offer the best estimates I can, and always ask if a customer is a veteran, first responder, senior citizen etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call and speak with the customer and obtain information about the issue and how long it has been occurring, I then notify that I have a $45 service fee that I waive with repairs if chosen to perform the work, and if not, the $45 is collected to cover gas and a bit of my time out to the property. I’m currently a sole operator of my business, and am not big enough yet to offer free estimates quite yet.

Certified water treatment specialist, certified in AZ for pipe fitting and gas system engineering, water heater specialist, tankless professional, hot water recirculating specialist, slab leak professional, repipe specialist, diagnostic professional, water pressure specialist, plumbing management certified trainer, operations management experienced, multi platform pricing professional, OSHA approved on ALL job sites, PPE trained.
