- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does not include the mounting bracket because there are several wall mounts to choose from depending on what the customers needs are. I like to speak with the customer and see what they need and I can recommend and supply the correct mount. Prices vary in size and mount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with customer and ask exactly what they need, recommend anything else they would need, (it's always a good idea to get it right the first time). Precall the customer before going to the appointment as a courtesy to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years in the technology field, smart home services as well as satellite TV providers and internet.
